I decided to start this web site as I am hoping to find other persons that are 
related to me.  My parents were both English and born in Kent, UK.  My father 
was a chartered accountant and when the firm Lissons (they made radios) for 
whom my father worked, folded in the depression, he was offered a very good 
position in Malta. My parents were there when the war broke out and I was born 
in Malta.  My father joined the RAF and when I was one year old my mother, 
brother and myself were evacuated to South Africa. We were there for a couple 
of years before returning to England.  In 1946 we went back to Malta for my 
father to demob and stayed there. I married and had two children in Malta. In 
1978 I emigrated to Australia with my husband and children.  Now I am 
searching my family tree.  Hope you find what I have so far interesting.
